In the main area of the stables are 60 roomy stalls, grooming areas, wash areas, tack rooms, a laundry room, and a locker room with showers for clients who need to leave well groomed after their ride.
"Much research went into the floor plan before we built the ranch," Mikosz said. "The O'Briens traveled around and explored about a dozen different theories on how to handle the South Florida heat.
"We settled on using tons and tons of ventilation, keeping the air moving and putting a roof over everything. There are ceiling fans
over each stall, 30-foot ceilings and floor to ceiling
